December update

Hello chemistry fam! How are y'all doing? I know its been a long time since I posted on my blog. Truth be told, the number of viewers have significantly decreased on my last posts, but that's not the real reason why I did not post these days (been more than a month actually). I had already prepared data for my posts long ago but simply could not motivate myself to update my blog. I originally created this blog not just to post about amusing chemistry topics but also to sometimes post about the harsh realities of life. As some of my readers know, I had completed my Bachelor's in Chemistry way back in August and did not want to pursue my Master's immediately thanks to all these online classes and lockdowns that simply disinterest me in education. I'm sure you all would agree that a chemist is totally useless without his practical skills and let alone dream of developing them sitting at your house. I see my friends advancing ahead of me and juniors about to complete their degree, but I on the other hand chose to wait for the opportune moment and to explore other fields of life apart from just education. So...... I took a break. I took a break, from the regular rat race that all of us students are running and chasing heading nowhere significant. I took a break to finally let the world open my eyes and tell me that I deserve more than this and all I had to do was wait. I took a break, from contacting people and in return they didn't bother to contact me either, because all we do is run the race and not think about developing healthy relationships. I took a break, from the daily routine of waking up at my home and checking my mail for opportunities that could change my life. I took a break to explore the world, I did not sprain my ankles playing physical games or strain my spine lifting weights or stay up all night talking to my homies. All I did was take a break from the unusual normality that we're put up into as students which we honestly do not deserve. So many assignments, workload and drama online, and even if they reopen we still feel stressed. We, in our twenties do not deserve so much stress (or at least in my case I feel so). We need a change in the cycle and change my friends is inevitable. The only thing that won't change is change itself. So stay tuned for more interesting posts this month, I shall start with new topics and come back to the periodic table later. That's all for now, but remember to comment down your questions regarding your future in the field of chemistry (or anything in general) or if you need any advice on your study pathway despite this dreaded pandemic. There are several ways to get educated stress-free and still accomplish wonders without the necessity of 10 hours of online classes. I shall keep you posted!😉😉

  1. The right opportunities take time and patience. Trust me the people will give you neither of these two, but its up to you to conquer what you to! So don't worry about what the world thinks, trust the process and effort you put in because that's what matters the most at the end! So be in peace until then...

    1. First of all, a shoutout to your username, and yes things take time, but sometimes I believe you must stop the flow and rewind a few steps and begin again, either way, the end of something is the beginning of another isn't it!

    2. Thank you! Sure that's a way to! Introspecting one's self is always necessary too! The saying is true not unless you want a new beginning 😇
