WELCOME POST

The end of something is the commencement of another. Being a student in this era of woke and questioning mindsets is a tough job, and choosing a subject that you're passionate of is even more difficult. Out of all the people that I've met in my entire life, I could daringly say that a minimum of 6 out of 10 hate the subject "Chemistry". Now my very thought when I see them fearing just the subject would retaliate often. The question that keeps arising within me is, "Why do people/students fear Chemistry?". Isn't it just a normal subject like any other? Well frankly speaking, the world works around different perspectives and I was too young to realize that.

The sheer urge towards the subject was created when I was barely an adolescent. Call it the work of attraction or the teacher's motivation, either way I was somehow into this subject. Yet, the more I moved towards my teenage, the more people I saw who were afraid of it. The question that I stated above kept lurking inside me all the time. Now let's forget all of that and cut to the chase. Did you really like studying Chemistry? Or did you really love studying Chemistry? There could be several reasons why a person would like/love/hate a subject, but did you REALLY hate it? Or was it just the way you were taught in school that made you hate it? When you ask these questions to yourself, you will find yourself ultimately in one of these two spots. One, being a chemistry lover, or two, being a hater of chemistry because it wasn't taught to you properly/you hate the teacher.

Now there's a third spot where, you really like the subject and the teacher, but you couldn't manage to study well/enough to prove that you are a good student (Yours truly). This pandemic would've definitely made you lazier and slower towards studying this subject as a whole or in its disciplinaries. The further you try to study a subject(needn't be just Chemistry) the further it would diversify into its branches. One can't stick on to all of its branches at once, but what one can do is, to make sure that they choose one of these branches that give them pleasure. What we fail to keep in mind is that, in order to stick onto/grow into a branch, we should first make our stem strong (relative to a tree). A tree cannot grow its branches before growing its stem. As students, we tend to develop a liking towards a specific field of a subject before even mastering its fundamentals.

Throughout my blog, I shall share relativistic knowledge in the subject of Chemistry that many tend to ignore or fail to come across. Instead of calling this as a typical blog where people express their thoughts and opinions, this would be more of a source of knowledge (like reddit) where people gain access to stuff. Many do not recognize that the subject Chemistry is a thing of beauty, and as John Keats said, A thing of beauty, is a joy forever! To the chemists and students who are reading this, you are welcome to share your own thoughts about your subject as well! Let us take part in spreading knowledge and information about a subject which is feared upon by many, but is in fact as normal as any other😉😉.
